ALLY furnished and installed all new architectural wall and ceiling finishes, new sheet vinyl flooring, mobile casework and lab sink, lab gases for lab equipment, new electrical circuits, Building Automation System (BAS) and Environmental Monitoring System (EMS) Monitoring, HVAC upgrades, as well as rigging new and existing equipment into the lab. Scope also included demo of existing lab fume hoods, Bio-Safety Cabinets (BSC), architectural and MEP finishes to prep labs for new pieces of equipment.

 

Overcame challenge of working within an occupied space directly adjacent to an active lab and offices. By separating the labs and offices spaces with a metal stud wall and completely sealing the joints, provided the active lab with a cleanable surface. Separating the labs allowed the lab not being upgraded to remain fully functional while work next door was finished. The project was completed on time and on budget without disturbance to the neighboring lab or offices.
