Phil’s 15-year career history includes architectural, construction management, and owner’s representative project management experience. His executive portfolio management of accounts is more than $55 million annually. He has managed a variety of project types, including electrical substation installations and upgrades, underground utility replacements, cold box installations, R&D labs, “clean” room construction, elevator installations, HVAC infrastructure upgrades, space conversions, and commercial kitchen renovations. Phil holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Architecture from the NJ Institute of Technology.
